Altura Dynamics Group (Pty) Ltd takes privacy and information security seriously. We are committed to processing personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable South African law, including the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

POPIA and Our Role

Depending on the nature of a service and the relevant contractual arrangement, Altura Dynamics Group may process personal information as a responsible party or on behalf of a client in an operator capacity. We work with clients to ensure that data processing arrangements are appropriately documented.

Campaign Data

Where we collect personal information during marketing campaigns, we do so only as instructed by our clients and in accordance with agreed data protection terms. We do not use campaign data for purposes unrelated to the client's instructions.
